The Big Oki Posted April 17, 2008 Author Report Share Posted April 17, 2008 Yeah, the "pure SPL " Reading was kind of disapointing, but the sound is more better than I expected in my wildest dreams ! With a little tuning of the port the car is also louder but then you cannot see the subs anymore bc the port is smaller. It sounds so hard that it is too much for me for the whole time, HONESTLY ! Played there 157 in Burp (forgot the balance adjusting) and 156,6 bass race. And if you believe it or not, just 8-10 K Watts arrive at the speakers bc their impedance rise is so high ! I played all the time with about 200-300 watts each sub and the hairs already started to move, with both doors open ! It totally doesnt matter anymore if I play 20 30 40 50 hz. Everything is movin. Metallica, Slayer (even The Now Noise! (you remember steve, on my Ipod?) Ok, it killed two tweeters and 2 midranges, lol, but the subs stayed cool all the time) One door open, two dors, even closed. I gotta fall in love with the new subs, but have to deal with the fact that I will not be the loudest in the db drag lanes, but hey, look at the girls faces, who needs more than 600 1st places and trophies if you can do THAT !
