Irocthestreetz
What do I need to cut the hole in my 3/4" mdf box for a smd terminal? Will a hand saw work? I have no power tools, thanks.
audiofanaticz
I guess that will be your only option, and is going to be a rough option at that. A better idea would be to check craigslist or pawn shops for a cheap used jigsaw.

ShadeTreeMechanic
I have used caulking cord to seal woofers and terminals. Seals real good and is removable. It is like a putty in the shape of a cord. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)

Irocthestreetz
Will a sawzall work as well as a jig saw
Kade
From my experience, you'd need a really nice, stiff, short blade to get a sawsall to cut straight. I'd say the jigsaw would be easier though. Start 4 pilot holes on the inside corners of your piece just big enough for the sawsall or jigsaw blade to fit into. Then, you just need to cut 4 straight lines =D 2009 Dodge Caliber SXT (Silver) Deck: Pioneer X3600BHS Amps: RF P1000X5 Front: RF P16-S Rear: RF P1694 Subs: 1 RF P3D2-10 Cabling: Stinger 6 channel RCA, RF 4gauge kit, SkyHighCarAudio 16gauge speaker wire.
