reedal Posted January 23, 2016 Report Posted January 23, 2016 I would not recommend a sawzall. As has been said, get a jigsaw. They're much easier to guide in a straight line, and much easier to take your time, with much smoother cuts. ShadeTreeMechanic Posted January 23, 2016 Report Posted January 23, 2016 This is the only way i can think to do it without a saw. Drill holes around the inside of your line. Side by side as close as you can get them all the way around. Knock center out with hammer. Finish with a rasp. Or plunge cut with a circular saw and finish corners with a hand saw. Or plunge cut with saws all (this takes lots of practice). You could just drill a big hole at each corner big enough to fit the blade in. Or Plunge cut with router and free hand it. Your best bet is to drill a hole for each corner and connect them with the $20 jigsaw that way you won't have to drill huge holes to get it started. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)
