NSPL World Record Holder Trunk 0-1800 watts---147.9 with 1722 clamped watts @ 40Hz(9-20-09). Competition Only Record Holder Trunk 0-500 watts---148.1 2006 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE Currently Rebuilding.... My 150db Plus Trunk Build I do box designs. As for being "responsible" with the volume knob... Thats just an excuse for not being able to play it. Basically when you crank it up, it will probably play for about 45 seconds and get stinky as hell. Thats my prediction. Hey, not your equipment though. He bought it, not you. Get some L7s man, my L5's got stinky off 800 watts apiece after a while.
