1uP Posted May 9, 2016 Report Posted May 9, 2016 I was wondering if it would be possible to run a DC XL 15" @ .7ohm on a Crescendo BC3500D. The amp says its stable @ .5ohm, but i'm not sure if its only stable at the mentioned .5, 1, 2, or 4ohms mentioned on their page. Also, what does the stiffness of the spider on the sub do, and if it would be worth making mine stiff in my situation.

With that, a sub with a stiff spider will need more power to move the same as a sub with soft spider on less power.
