ROLEXrifleman
From the looks of things it seems like it's just front and rear bearings and a brush...... Is that all it takes to fix an alt? This is a standard alt for a DD not a high power alt for car audio use Rolex you sicken me. Just let me finish my pie ~ Juice

ShadeTreeMechanic
Back in the day you could buy a rebuild kit. It had bearings, brushes and a rectifier. The regulator was a separate device mounted on the fender well. I still have a kit on the shelf. lol 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)
finkster
The stealth site gives me the shakes. The SOHC stealth is the single most PITA alternator to replace. I have the trembles just thinking about it. At least a 4 hour job to do and your knuckles/ arms will be beat to shit by the end.
