You can only get one or the other, you either get cheap or you get loud, you can never get both, it's just how it works.

Up your budget and get better gear, you'll be better for it and save money down the road. I have had those speakers and can tell you they take a shit ton of power and sound good doing it. The polk mm691's.

So 4 of those on a ppi 4 channel will be enough to hang with my spl setup?

I cannot answer that, but it is as close to the lowest budget setup as you'll get for the costs.

The 6.5" must be louder than the 6x9" components ... where are the adapters located for that? hopefully they don't look tacky cause I'm not trying to ruin my car doors.

keeping up with 2 12s is not that tough, don't over think this. No sense in over complicating stuff that can be pretty simple.
