Bayuk89 Posted July 7, 2016 Author Report Share Posted July 7, 2016 The truck tool box isnt air tight (as some might think) there is rubber surrounding the lid to prevent water from getting inside, but there is slots cut out on the inside for mounting. The tool box will "breath" out and gassing from the battery. My deka G31 is in there right now, tho it is lead acid matainence free, it hasent been "sweating", even with the 100 degree weather we been having in texas lately. This was installed in a car with the hood open. Hydrogen is no joke.
