ShadeTreeMechanic
The crossovers themselves will absorb some of the power leaving a little less for the speakers. The crossovers probably have attenuation on the tweeters but I don't know for sure. A majority of the musical content will be in the mid range frequency which will also send a majority of the power to the midrange speakers. Do a search here for DD-1. It is a tool used to set amplifier gain to ensure that the amp will play clean without distortion or signal clipping. Having extra power in reserve will help the sound stay clean at high volume. Distortion kills speakers and can be avoided by using the amplifier at a level below its rated power. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)

Soccerballzs
In a daily driver I would try to get my soundstage in front of me as much as possible. With pro audio drivers especially the metal dome tweeters you will get tone death after a few songs. Go with a high quality silk tweeter. What kind of vehicle? Will do Btw i missed the part of if i should use 2 or 4 mids and should i set the amp at full range or? In a daily driver I would try to get my soundstage in front of me as much as possible. Yeah the mids will be in the doors and tweeters in the dash so all up front (if that's what you mean?). It's a Volkswagen Golf and going to use a Pioneer FH-X720BT head unit because i already have it, maybe upgrade later to a Pioneer DEH-80PRS and some SQ components
ShadeTreeMechanic
I would do 4 mids and 2 tweeters. I would also set the crossover to high pass at 60hz or higher to keep the low bass out. This will also help the power handling of the mids. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)

xpoppadaddyx
Awesome set up. Got me wanting to change to those RF PP4-Nt's. I have the RF 400.4 which I'm going to use. Mr Meade posted his wiring diagram. You should take a peak at it. 2002 Chevy Trailblazer (Build) 2013 Nissan Altima (Build) Poppa's YouTube Channel Poppa's FB Page Poppa's Instagram
