I've had good luck dealing with Excessive Amperage and I know a few heavy hitters up my way that swear by Ohio Generator. I know Irraggi used to be talked about on forums and you don't hear the name much anymore (I didn't even realize they were still around), I guess this explains why. Secondly, IF you were going to get 2 batteries instead of an alt, you will be in about the same money as a HO alt which will better serve you. I wont change it cause the little bastard hasnt let me down. Plus I cant fit another alt in my car till i remove the ac compressor and put there... food for thought.
