I'm running my 8 Ohms mids on and my tweets on a 4 x 65 w amp (@ 4 Ohms) !

I was afraid :shok: that it wouldn't be loud enough. And finally it's louder than my previous mids at 4 OHms !

Amp never gets hot, under our Caribbean sun. :yahoo:

Run at 8 Ohms, OP. It will be cleaner and better for your equipment. At least, try it for some times. And tell us back.

You were right. So i wired them in series at 8ohms and what a difference. It sounds way cleaner and i can actually get them to take more volume. Thanks for the advice man and thank you all for your inputs and help.
