That will be extremely tough to get exact No, it won't make a huge difference. I wouldn't try positioning the panel that way anyway. I'd suggest positioning them off of the dimensions I gave in the first image. For example the bottom left corner of the first panel in from the port mouth should be 4-3/4" from the side panel, and 4-15/16" up from the bottom.
