jmanjr82
Meade I know this is way old, but it never got an update...I was just curious if the yellow top is still under the hood? I thought you would have replaced that awhile back with somthing like a smaller 1700stinger/odessey, or all power master? GREAT damn job though, I never get tired of looking at this!! cnate777
Steve tried sending you a PM but couldnt so here it goes..... I just bought a 07 Avalanche.....and I am lookin to throw 4 18's in the back.....what are your thoughts on that??????do you have any tips on the box.....i.e. port, dimensions on the box, etc......I have been through the EXT thread about 50 times.......I saw that you said that there were a few things that you would have done differently....just wondering if any of them pertain to the box?????? Any help you can offer up would help out a ton.....i cant seem to find a whole lot of guys that have done big systems in these trucks..... meade916
no PM box for me bro - too many of you and only one of me. anyway, i have learned a LOT since i built this and have been thru multiple builds since then - if i had to do it over again im not sure how i would do it but i know certain techniques have changed as well as better tools. Plus, everyone who loves installing gets better with every build (usually anyway LOL). for your 4 -18's, i dont know....i guess you will have to be creative. I never know how i will do something till i have the car and the products in my hand so i wouldnt know where to begin to help you with that. Sorry man!
