Winston Lithium Vs JY Power Lithium Vs AGM's!!

Recommended Posts

I realize there is a "no vs thread" rule, but this isn't a vs question. It is an educational and informative video I put together.

I put a Winston 90AH bank, a JY 80AH bank, and equivalent discharge varying AGM banks against each other.

Let me know what you guys think.

Nice. I'll watch this later because I've been thinking about switching to Lithium so my car doesn't sag so much.

What are the life spans on these Lithium batteries?

Nice test hunter thanks for sharing. Saw the posts on Facebook and I'd been waiting for it. I can't believe how many people still choose AGM when a suitable lithium option is available. Thanks again two thumbs up.

This makes me wonder if I should cancel my order for two banks of the 73AH K2 lithiums and switch to two banks of the 100Ah winstons as the 90's are sold out.

There are still the 80's form JY. which perform a lot better than the 73's, especially if you bought the really cheap Ebay ones that were floating around the groups recently.

I can't give you an exact amount, but it is significantly longer than AGM.

Do the lithium batteries need any extra circuitry added to have them charged correctly in the car?

I'd like to hear from AudioFanaticz if his opinion on lithium batteries has changed from last year:

If Lithium batteries were the way to go, we'd see Steve Meade using it already. I'll wait until more of the big spl guys use them before I try it in my car.
