Here we go. Little man said the low lows made his tummy feel like he had to poop. LMAO... I take that as "approval"... since he LOVES the lows!!! Used up a lot of scrap wood! :-) Ended up at .62 cuft sealed, running an Alpine TypeR 8 off approx. 750 watts max. Hits pretty good... nothing amazing. Fitment is dead on. CarbonWarrior Posted May 1, 2017 Author Report Share Posted May 1, 2017 Here is a 10 incher that I build off a 15" SoloX motor and a TI basket, and decided to do a "Breast Cancer Survivors Tribute" sub. 3 layers of nomex linear spiders, woven dual tinsels per lead,a 3" 4 layer copper flat wound coil, a butyl rubber wide surround on a non-pressed pulp cone, and a Genesis custom cap. Well... sometimes it's the cool basket that sells it. I have had a few where people mounted them inverted. Then it's like... shame that pretty dustcap is hidden. But, that particular sub and box... I sold to a buddy.
