BMS Posted January 30, 2018 Report Posted January 30, 2018 So ive got something that baffles me i have 6 12s and they have about 2 or 3 inch pole vents. So i decided to stick my ear up to the pole vents to see if all the subs sounded consistant with each other. It went 1 2 wtf. The third sub about ripped my ear drum out and shoved it back in. The other subs you can feel the air. But the one sub suckes my hand to it like a vaccume cleaner and pushes it away. My first though was that the dust cap came off but that isnt the case. And the sub moves seemingly exactly the same as the rest of them.
BMS Posted January 30, 2018 Author Report Posted January 30, 2018 No ideas hm. Is it something you all would worry about? if the cone isn't moving more than the rest and the dust cap is in place i don't even see how this is possible.

BMS Posted January 31, 2018 Author Report Posted January 31, 2018 Hmm well if it was wouldent the cone move a ton more like basically so much it would destroy it. If it pulls and 5 subs push it in the same direcrion it is pulling it wouldnt be good.
BMS Posted January 31, 2018 Author Report Posted January 31, 2018 Hmm im only able to throw 2000 watts at 12000 watts worth of subs so i cant get the coils too hot but they temp different too. The sub that blows hard temps on the low side. By the way they are all on 1 amp.

Sounds like an unusual issue, this is my first time hearing about such a problem.
