SnowDrifter
On Desktop: Login/sign up at https://imgur.com/ In the upper left, press new post From there, you'll be shown this screen. You can follow the prompts, or you can Ctrl+C + Ctrl+V to upload Once it's uploaded, you have a few options. You'll need to copy the image and paste it here. The forums are pretty smart, you can either copy the image address, or copy the BB code. Note that you'll need to wait a moment before copying else it'll copy as "blob:............" To copy the image or the link, right click and press "Copy image address" and paste it here. Your picture will be embedded into the post and you're ready to go If you want to copy the BB code instead, either for here or posting elsewhere, you'll need to hover over the image and click the dropdown in the upper right. From there, find the BBCode and press "copy." Note that the image won't display in the post window, it'll come up as a link. But when you press submit, it'll show. It's helpful if you have a lot of pictures to post at once and don't want a huge text box to scroll through ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
SnowDrifter
For the photobucket app: (At least on Android. I'd imagine iPhone would be similar) Install the app. Login/make an account. From there, you'll be presented with a screen that makes you pick a couple things. It's unimportant, but the app requires you to do it before you move to the next step. Select a few things, then hit continue From there, you'll come to the home screen. Hit the little camera icon, bottom middle From here, you can either take a picture, or scroll through your gallery. Select which one(s) you want and press Next. Alternatively, you can use your phone's image browser to select the picture and 'share' it to imgur. Either way works Select if you want the post public or hidden. If it's public, it'll go to Imgur's page and you need to title it. If it's hidden, it stays in your album. I generally upload mine as hidden. Once you've decided what you want to do, press post. From there, it'll upload. The Next button will turn to View. Press that and you'll get to the meat of it. Long press the picture, and press share direct link Copy it to clipboard, and post here in the forums. It'll automagically embed itself as a picture in your post Aaaaand voila! ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
