Jeremy009
Anyone has experience with bass in the toyota corolla ae90 liftback? Tips on getting it to be bass friendly? Resonating frequency of the car? Boxes and tones the car likes? Sub and port placement? Any advice is good
SnowDrifter
More logistics than design. Sound deaden EVERYTHING. It's worth your time to pull the interior out and put a layer (or more) of quality, butyl backed deadener on all metal surfaces. Helps stop them from flexing, fatiguing, and breaking apart. Need more info to help with box design. Could you include your workable dimensions, driver, and amp you intent to use? ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
Jeremy009
Space am working with is 31" wide, 14" height and well whatever the depth needs to be. The sub is a single 12" massive hippo 112 2000rms on a deafbounce aak 2000.1d. I listen music around the 35hz to 50hz area and want the most i can get out of the sub. Really like a loud, deep sounding daily set up
