Front tweeter channel 1 and 2 Rear mids 3 and 4 Setting on amp is set for the mid and high? If they are germanium w165's & cal 25's I'd probably try something like 2.5khz/3khz @ 12db for the mid, 3khz-3.5khz/24db for the tweets.
