Its cool you have your opinion even though i dont remember you sitting in my ride or even coming close to the window. listen to me, im the only one here that REALLY knows. The new ones ARE BETTER. They do need breaking in though they are still stiff as a board........they dont smoke with 2 1/2 times the RMS though like some woofers i seen so thats another plus. Well When you came to the show In Grassvalley, I was standing @ your window When you were giving demos.... and I dont think Its as loud...But who am I to say That your trucks Not as Loud.... And I know I got Shitty ass Woofer's And there Not As good as the ALMIGHTY BTL.... So sorry for giving my OP and Rock Your new woofer's... Im sure this build will look sick We need more Updates David... the thing is, no matter what, its not any quiter. You might say to yourself, its not louder then it was before. I can accept that from someone who doesnt sit in the car and hear it themself. Maybe its not louder, maybe its all in my head, but i dont have LESS output that is for sure. It is, at the very minimum, as good as it was - but now even more reliable then ever. I personally think they are louder and sound better every week as i stretch them out. Im having trouble doing that though, they are so stiff..... no one said you had shitty woofers...if you had the proper RMS on them im sure they wouldnt have smoked twice. It can happen to any sub even a BTL in the wrong hands. Christian, you will find out soon what your subs sound like, dont worry about it.
