Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out. not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.
ptcary
Put some Duct tape on it all call it a day LOL, I was gonna say stuff a baseball bat between the floor and the ceiling! I am not very proud of that achievement... I am never sure if I should say congrats to someone who breaks their windshield with dbs, sure its proof that the car got loud, but we all know that this car gets loud regardless. ...so I'll just say, nice new windshield ya got there! The Big Oki
Well guys, its now weeks ago. The insurance lets me still hang... But last monday I ripped the half car apart and started with the repair togehter with the garage I "trust" It was a real hard 5 day week, and ist not over. Next two days I have to put in some things, and Monday to Wednesday it will be painted. Thursday, hopefully, the windshield will be back in. Now I have double the roof bracings (put two OEM together and weld them together) and my aluminum brace is in the doing. So hopefully this will never happen again. There were some very weak points in the original fabrication of the car, of course, bc nobody than us stupids need that Maybe I post some pics later (in more than a week) bc I have lots of things to do on the car and next friday it has to be finished, bc Saturday and Sunday I am already booked for shows. Next weekend unfortunately, I will be at no competition/show. So long and I will keep you updated... Üüüühh!!! Michael www.SQPL.de Rulez!

The Big Oki
Well, long story short : A few hours before I had to leave for the show, I finished the repair of the roof... And a few minutes after a fes hours drive to the first of the two shows at this weekend, the next windshield was gone. And I was a heck of a happy guy....NOT ! Just trying to find new interesting patterns... You know what? I HATE IT ! Tomorrow, NEXT windshield comes in... Üüüühh!!! Michael www.SQPL.de Rulez! The Performer
Man, that sucks that they keep breaking. I think if it were me I would just have to roll with the cracks, new glass is expensive... CERTIFIED BITCHES!!! Not being new at something doesn't mean anything. The Big Oki
Windshield is about 500 Euro every time ! (800 Dollars) First damage was covered by the insurance. This one, I cannot claim... Repaircosts for the roof about 3500 Euro (5600 Dollars) And the cherry on the top was, I hit the curbstone with my right backwheel and damaged tire and rim. Tire 500 Euro, rim can be repaired for about 80-100 Euro. That was an expensive and annoying weekend...again... Üüüühh!!! Michael www.SQPL.de Rulez!
