Chevy ... better step up their game! That SRT10 is going to fucking kill 'em.

Corvette ZR1... S/C LS9 638hp... 604 lb.-ft. of torque.

I'd say chevy is keeping up nicely.

Yup....the ZR1 beat the GTR at Germany....ZR1 I believe holds the fastest lap for a stock production vehicle. Personally I have went and seen them but they aren't really all that impressive....I like the new Camaro much better and would take my dads 6.0 GTO over it anyday.

Nah, I have a friend with an 04 supercharged cobra and he walked one by two cars to fourth gear.

On another note. I wish these things would come with a supercharger and do bigger numbers. As heavy as the car is, that big motor really does not do it much justice. I lined up on one about four weeks ago at the street races where I live and pulled it a car and a half just to third gear. He let out and I kept going. Then he wanted to go from a kick. So we started in the top of first and hit it from 20, I pulled about three cars by the time I got to third. The last one was from a second gear kick at 35, I pulled again about two cars from second to third, and he let out and did not give me a chance to really stomp his ass. He was just some random cocky ass guy with some money in a black one. I was in my lil ole 91 240sx. It does about 350 to the wheels on the sr motor in it. And the car is gutted with a 2 way lsd which really is sweet. But the motor is no more now. I decided to do a ls1 swap. So next time I see him....He better really run. It will be ugly for him.

the problem with saying that is that ford doesnt have to put the huge nearly 6 liter and above engines in there cars to make them fast ;)

so i would say ford has been keeping up, if only they would drop 5.4 and bigger in the mustangs ....

13 pounds of boost factory in that motor does not make the power i would expect for 13 pounds

you can cook bacon shirtless if you're not a pussy...lol

not hatin, but am i wrong here it looks as if the amp is not grounded its hooked directly to the battery. it that the way it should be.

That SRT-10 is a concept that dodge and some tuners are bringing to sema this year.

An if I had the money for one, I would just buy a SRT-8 and put a super charging kit on.
