What would be some problems if I were to mount the amp on the side. I'm sure it involves flexing of the box but you don't think the area doesn't have enough F/G? I was starting to think about this a month ago and came up with an idea to make a slanted amp panel that would hide my battery that would be behind the driver's seat. Amen on that, maybe also a double amp baffle looks really good, should knock good I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

JustinT Posted August 20, 2008 Author Report Posted August 20, 2008 my beauty panel...plans are to put a piece of plexi on the interior of that new "box" and a big ass black light on the inside corner...and cover the interior with white vinyl. Also etch my name and a silhouette of Texas behind it on the plexi. I'll also use rubber grommets because the extra piece of wood from an amp baffle wood create a space issue between the amp and the plexi. Theres not really any updates...just been doin alot of fiberglassing of the interior but I'm finally done. It's kinda hard to take pics when you got a pot of resin brewin and about to gel. But I'll get some of the interior all sanded up and looking nice next week on my next day off. i might milkshake it.
