pstone11
Here's yesterdays work.. Got all the bracing in both halves, painted the inside of the back half, got the front baffle installed, mounted the front half in the truck.. It needs to be sealed up, but I want to run my wires through first. It looks awesome in there, those ports are right at head-level.... Don't mind the dust all over the box...it's everywhere. Chris D
Any reason for not finishing the roundover on the port? is it because the sub needs that for mounting? Just my OCD kicking in.
pstone11
Since I need to get all the wires straightened out before I can seal the wall off from the back of the truck, I got to do some wiring today, nice to have a break from the sawdust... First off, I built a couple little buss-bars. There is going to be three runs of 0 and two runs of 4 going to the back. Next up was the revamp of the big 3.. 2 runs of 0 for that, should be nice and stout. On to the fuses... made some little bracketry for them..... That's all the daylight I had today - Don't mind the eng compartment... it's supposed to be that dirty.. Tomorrow a huge hole will appear in the firewall..... pstone11
Played with wires today... Pockets aren't deep enough to have different colored wires for pos and neg..... I used one run of a different color to separate the ground bundle out though. Check out StoneSounds to see my recent builds.Or look at the Flying White Facebook Page!
