As above take a look into DC or similar, although I haven't personally had experience with them I can say they would be lightyears ahead of this mass marketed crap you see on the net! And Id look into the DC LVL 3's there 600RMS Not sure on the price but if I remember correctly that 15's were 205 for one so I'm sure the 12's would be around your price maybe a lil more.
