Stop bridging your amp. Problem fixed

Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out.

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

Stop bridging your amp. Problem fixed

yep my friend did the same thing but didnt listen to me.....stop brid and check what ohm load is stable for your amp at bridgeing...it is very possible that you are doing this at an unstable ohm load so stop bc u overheat it

pull the speaker out of the box and look on it...it should say on the back of the speaker somewhere...

Also...most amps are not stable @ 2 ohms bridged...Yours may not be make sure to check the specs on the manufacture's site...

Well if you are running four speakers bridged on that amp you are certain to go into protect...

You could get a DMM and check what impedance they are with a digital multimeter..thats about all u can do if you can get no info on the speakers...

Well i'm actually running 2 amps 1 for each pair of speakers, but right now ive just got each speaker run on its own channel so I guess i'll just leave well enough alone for now until I get my new DC lvl 4's
