newls1
Will it hurt anything is there is some carpet in my port? Not much, but a little..... I was told by someone the other day that this is bad, and it can cause the "Sound waves" to reflect, cause it is no longer a smooth surface for air to escape. IS this true? I basically just want to fold back the carpet just slightly inside the port, this way it will hide a few fiberglass inperfections. (I hate sanding LOL!) I love my staffie So anti FACEBOOK it isn't even funny
Btrash
I would think that the carpet would absorb the sound waves and cause the port to not act the actual size that it is.

newls1
ok, I laid a coat of spray paint into it, and it made some of the resin "POP" out. I will sand it down perfectly, and repaint.
