i just do a couple per side.

i just use a air nailer now, no screws ftw :D

you can cook bacon shirtless if you're not a pussy...lol

not hatin, but am i wrong here it looks as if the amp is not grounded its hooked directly to the battery. it that the way it should be.

im hoping with this box this will make my subs come alive..last box was 4.8 cu ft before port and displ. @ 35hz

I have my HDC3 15s in 9 cubes tuned to 40 hertz they sound good and get loud doing it

ok gotcha..is every 4" good?

every 6 - 8 is better. and pre-drill your holes, and then counter-sink them.

after you put them back in you'll notice they sit below the surface. get some Elmers wood paste and cover the holes. after it dries, sand it down and you got a screw-less look :) but still have the strength of the screws holding it rather than just the wood glue, but yea, if you cant see the wood glue dripping you didnt use enough :P

no no no..im writing all this stuff down..the only way i can get better is to learn from my mistakes

im already designing 2 more boxes i wanna build..

fart box at 52hz and another bass hitter at 40hz but with alillte twist(trying to keep the box low as possible, so the air can travel over it)

then if all else fails im learning how to glass and going to say goodbye to my backseats..lol

yeah bro...I say invest in a brad nailer. No pre-drilling, no countersinking, no dry fit, and no drilling. I loved mine when i worked on my box. I built the entire box in like 45 mins. Not all day like I used to.
