Only Thing thats diff is yours says Kinetik... I got my PM charger off of ebay from an authorized dealer well under retail and then I got the PM $50.00 mail in rebate so I got a damn good steal on mine. I guess as long as it "floats" when your done and doesnt boil your batteries you should be ok though.
