Its just like here depends were you are. Some place they are so good that they will steel even your alarm with out braking a thing  that hapend to my friend the first night he got his system in. Its just like Modesto and Sac theres places I wont go there after dark for sure. the closer to napa valley the more laid back it gets. My sister lives in Alamo county. From the looks of things when i visit they don't have much crime. I could be wrong tho.

How about the south san jose area by Oak Grove high school?

So the rule of thumb for bumping at red lights is to either 1) Show off to hot women and 2) Piss off the other car next to you that's already bumping?

What if the other car next to me bumping has more bass than me? What should I do? ><

Also I've noticed that a lot of you say yah " turn it down" at red lights, but most of you that are turning it down have probably 18's in your cars and doing 145+.

So, does that mean with my two 12''s @ 1000 watt rms @ full tilt = your subs "turned down?"

Yes. But if the women you're trying to impress look at you like wtf.. turn it down. If there is a car bumping next to you (or a couple cars away, preferably in front of you), just play a little bit. Just enough to disturb them and make them turn theirs down. Then turn yours back down.

If the other car next to you is louder, well, don't bother, until you get your system louder. Then unless they are really annoying, don't bother.

No, that doesn't mean your 2 12s with 1000 watts rms @ full tilt = our subs turned down.

I get the most compliments on my system at a red light. I do not play it loud at a red light, unless there is some butthead within a couple cars from me bumping their rattle box. Then when I do turn it up, it's only long enough for them to realize they ain't got shit and turn theirs down while looking around for where the sonic blast came from. That is usually when I get a compliment, and not from the annoying little puke that had his system on. It's usually from some other person that is thankful I did what I did, even though it shook the hell out of their car for a second. They can now sit at the light in peace.

Think of it as being a red light cop. The ticket is a sonic boom right through some dumbass's piece of crap rattling car.
