audiofanaticz
It should depending on what size stock amp you currently have. An additional battery takes about 10 amps to charge.
Skip01
Easily I had my stock alt and 1 2400 and 2 Deka G31s and 500.1(5000watt) runnin at .7 and it was fine Most the time your alt will just shut off and youll run off batt til your draw drops to something the alt can handle on its on, which still isnt a bad thing I kept my batts charged which aided in my voltage....a 10amp charge bout 3 times a week overnight will do the trick I dont know what amp my alt is stock...maybe 105ish Quote 2004 Explorer4 12" Type R500.1(.5 ohm)6cu@35hz153@ 44hz
TechSys
I got 2 batteries on my stock 105amp alternator, had 4 at one time. Not sure if it'd handle much more than that though. dmanson
to play it safe ........ if you're going to not upgrade to a HO alt, then when you do go adding multiple batteries, just remember to know blast it for long periods of time and when you're riding .... keep the sounds a lil low so they can charge back up. missinglink
Well first off what type vehicle? Second it should be able to keep up to 3 batts up if you bench charge them first. Added voltage to 15v will keep them up with a stock alt. Simple easy fix mane!!! What type of car is needed for better answers for your topic.
