It's still a violation of TOS, its gotten so bad that even Ebay and other online Auction places Ban your user account with them for selling a Blizzard wow account. I know people do it I personally dont care but it can get you banned. Further more there is really no safe way to sell a wow account. You cannot change the accounts secret word EVER (not password). So if the original owner wants to take it back 2 years down the road they can and you can't do a damn thing about it.
Applejack Posted July 10, 2008 Report Posted July 10, 2008 i sold my buddie's level 60 warlock, and like 5 chars without gear, his level 60 had t4 gear, for 600 on ebay, they've gotten pretty strict about it these days though, you could always sell it on Accounts.net, thats where he did it, he's sold a few on there (botter).
