Does this sound right?

It meters about 5dB higher than a standard termlab and we usually meter in the kick panel on the passenger side. The scores usually translate to a termlab for every vehicle.

the kick isnt ALWAYS louder, in my astro, the kick was the exact same as my dash score.

also the qoute says it meters 5db higher than the termlab, so how does it translate to a termlab for every vehicle

that makes no sense to me.

Not all cars will meter the same difference from brand x meter to the TL nor will they always be louder in the kick.

My home meter is 2 db higher in my truck then the tl. I've seen the same meter 8db louder in an S-10.

My kick and dash scores on a TL are 3.3 off from eachother.

Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out.

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

I Surely didn't say that at all!

I was told that by one of the local audio shops.

I just wanted to know if what was said was true or not, or does it just vary from car to car?
