Big Ass Amplifier

As stated by the manufactures specs.

I was just trying to list the specs to the buyers for you..

Dont be pulling Dante move and be saying the amp can do something it wont.

If it was 1 ohm stable it would say it but its not, its 2 ohm stable.

It will do one ohm for short periods of times, competition use only to be on the safe side (which I previously stated). Theres a guy that competes with one at 1.5 ohms daily and it gets hot very hot, just off a few burps.

Whipty ding, it has a temp gauge on the amp, are you gonna be that guy to run out to your trunk every minute to see how hot your amp is? A quality amp should not need to have its tempature monitored

Ive read about many of these and the other bigger amps going up in smoke due to lack of voltage and running it at a lower then recommended ohm load.

If this guys voltage is in the 12 to low 13 volts, this amp will not be too stable at a 1 ohm load, and puff the magic dragon.

Ive blew many high dollar amps pushing them well beyond their limits in the lanes, and spent thousands of dollars on them to do so.

The amp is simply not selling for the price because 1 its ma audio, and 2 they go up in smoke with ease from what ive read on multiple forums (termpro, usaci, db-r amp repair).

Sorry for the thread jack, and the rant, Im having a bad day. and good luck with future sales.

PS: you might want to try http://caraudioclassifieds.org/forum/ Its a new site, strictly for selling car audio gear.

Well I'm glad that you can go online and read manufacturers specs, thanks for the input.

I was merely outlining WHAT I HAVE ACTUALLY run the amp at playing music in a daily driver for over a year without any problems. That's not stating what the amp can do, that is stating what the amp has done.

...and because I don't drive a lame walled off car with a trunk, all I have to do is turn my head around to view the amps temperature/voltage display. I guess I'm just a noob because I like to monitor system voltage and amp temps. Maybe that's why you've smoked thousands of dollars worth of amps, and I havn't.

Sorry for the rant, but I'VE had a bad day, and I don't like people whoring up my for-sale threads.

P.S. This crappy, explosion prone, MA amp is still available.

Sorry, not really interested in trades, I got a full equipment sponsorship for the new demo vehicle. We are trying to sell enough stuff laying around to pay for the MDF and steel.
