what are you running the sub at, final ohms, and where is the gain set at right now?

there are a few different ways to set gains, there is the professional way with a volt meter, or oscilliscope, or the average user way, where you use your ears listen for distortion, then back down some

I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

its all in your system man its hard to tell you without being there if you can go any higher. i would just go as high as it will go without distortion then bump it down a notch so you dont have to worry about clipping.

the range on the kicker is 250mv to 10v and you hu is listed at 4. I would not go past 1/2.
