You cannot legally protect your private property with deadly force. You can only use deadly force if your life is being threatened. And for shotguns, you dont need papers. They do not have to be registered along with rifles. And automatic weapons can range from 5,000$-30,000$ on average. Dont buy a gun, you will get yourself or someone else killed. You cannot legally protect your private property with deadly force. You can only use deadly force if your life is being threatened. And for shotguns, you dont need papers. You can only use deadly force if your life is being threatened thats the good thing about liveing here in florida, if i catch your ass in my van in the middle of the night , i simply tuck my gun in my waist and aproch the perp, and if at any moment i feel in danger, its then allowed for 2 in the chest and 1 in the dome... come in my home and without warning i can drop you like a log, if your holding someone at gun point and i feel that i can save the victoms life i can then take yours to save theres. if someone is being raped i can drop the perp, if someone is performing a forceful felony i can drop them. but at the same time i dont have the gov. permission to go around acting like a cop but haveing a ccw license i can do my part to help protect the legal people.
