thanks chris for looking, I am going to use the stockers for now, and in the future buy some coilovers they can dial down the car and use a bag instead of a spring, it wont be a hopper, but it will lay on the ground with 18's onit, if I have to cut inner fenderwells so be it.

thanks, the car will be painted John Deere Blitz Black eventually, only the machined lip on the rimz will shiny.

ok well, I am bored and feeling like its time to start figureing some shit out, I have a couple of little things that bug me about the car.

1.) Sunroof, not only does it have one, but it dont work either ( gears in the motor are broken)

2.) My original design, I dont like it anymore after doing some serious thinking, reading, watching(other peoples builds)

soo before I can get going on the new design, I gotta tear out all this wood I have in the car.

I also need to figure out what Im gonna do to with the Sunroof.

so I tore out the sunroof assembly, took it all apart, painted the Glass black (so you cant see in) and now Im trying to figure out how to mount and seal it up.

no pics as of right now (batts are dead) so it will be later today before I get pics.

are you just trying to seal it all the way up? I once did this with a talon took the headliner out and fabbed up alittle bracket for the sun roof to sit on and then tacked the frame to some flat stock bars and welded them to the roof supports. Not sure what the inside of your roof looks like so thats about all the help I can offer....

yeap, gotta seal da bish up, so I welded some steel brackets we use @ work, to the car and then used the old tab's on the sunnroof to bolt it to the brackets I welded in, its not sealed up yet, but the sunroof is in the car woo hoo.

eventually I will use some peel-n-seal to seal it, then I will glass the headliner so its strong and wont flex, should be fun stuff for sure.

ohh an no pic's I bought some batts, but guess what, they where allready dead in the package, pisses me off. el cheapo's FTL

well seeing How I have 2 rolls on the roof now without anything over it just sitting baking in the 100+ degree heat and its still there, its fine. besides it will soon have 3/4 mdf and shit load of glass over it, Im not very worried about it.

Im selling the 18" RE MT's dont know how much yet, I will soon.

Instead of doing 2 or even 4 18"s I decided that 6- 15"s would be way cooler

here is a design Im working on, roughly 28 cubes tuned to 38hz with about 300^2 of port area
