yeah if its as strong as I think it will be, it will be like riding in a sherman tank

how about a couple more pics?

the 1st roof section is tack welded in, and the fllor section is sitting where it will go.

Is the trunk area going to be for the amps and batteries and air ride

yea the trunk will house all of the electronics, and air ride equipment.

hoping to fit 6 Powermaster d3100's and 3 RF T4000.1bds and 2 RF T1500.4's, 5 gallon air tank and 2 compressors.

damn, lookin good dave

before you lay the wood over, are you going to sound deaden the welded metal? it seems like it may have a ringing echoeing sound to it

I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

Thanks bro,

I am going to fill as much of the tubing as I can with expanding foam, if it still sounds tiney I may use some hushmat over it.

I just ran through my last roll of flux core, so untill I get paid next week Im done welding, time to grind things smooth so I can get the wood to sit flat.
