audiofanaticz Posted August 30, 2008 Report Share Posted August 30, 2008 If you do an automatic charge at 40amps it will be fine. Automatic meaning battery charger turns off after a full charge. If your doing a manual charge at 40 amps, your charger will keep charging the batteries until you stop it, or until something goes wrong. I do a constant manual 2 amp charge whenever my car is in the driveway.
