I dont mean to come off as being "everyones againist black people" its just when your black you notice alot of different things and is treated alot differently. I can tell you tons of occasions that i have witness in my short 19 years of life. Or how i can get in to whole how can a race that makes up 20% of a population and how that race makes up around 60% of ppl locked up im america THEN once you factor in Latino's in the mix there isn't really no room left. Even if you think about florida other crazy laws..For example there car audio law..Now i know that there way more whites then blacks into car audio, but when you see a car with rims tinted windows and "loud music" you can not say the word "thugs" dont pop in your head!(or at least something similar to that word) If car audio is that loud there why not impound those loud pipe harley riding fellows??? its prolly around the same dB level..I dont mean to drag this out but some ppl are just narrow minded..and that whole internet name calling is so 2001..lol

Ok so here is my $.02. As a bondsman in Florida i have to deal with all races of people that sag their pants I think it is great. Let me explain why (short story)I bonded a guy for agg batt W/deadly weapon about a month after hes release he had a court date in which he failed to apear and in Florida bounty hunting is not aloud so the bondsmen or women have to either pay the bond or put that person back in jail. I didnt want to pay 10,000.00 for this asshole so I went after him found him when he saw me he ran now I know for a fact he carries a 9mm so I had to run after him I carry a 45 because of his sagging pants he had to hold them up to run realy didnt help him he tripped because of his belt I cufffed a leg ironed him and found the gun put him back in jail and saved my company 10,000.00. Had he not been sagging his pants he more than likely could have pulled his gun and shoot me but he had to use his gun hand to hold up his pants to run. So sag away dont realy like it but how knows might have saved my life.

The only thing stupid is the people who can't wear their pants up to their waist.

Times 2, im a big guy, and theres no way in hell Im gonna walk around looking like erkul.. My shit needs to breath and sway side to side when im getting my stroll on.

Id goto FL just for the hell of it, sag, and sue, and buy meades hoe... Its such a unjust law its not even funny, just as the smoking laws.

Like I said its just giving the police to search people legally, and try to get them on bigger charges, such as concealing a weapon, drugs, stolen property etc. Without this law, it would be illegal for the search.

Whats next, is there gonna be a law that will ban you from wearing blue or red shirts because they are gang colors?

Or throw you in jail for wearing a NY hat (which stands for king killer by some gangbangers).

It has nothing to with race, or political views, but this is just wasting tax payers money for some kids that decided to wear their pants low.

I could see this being a RULE, not a LAW in the school place and workplace, but thats it.

That has nothing to do with it.. Your for the law, but are happy he was sagging because he couldnt hold him up.. Your not allow to bonty hunt in FL, but you did it anyways! You should be in jail!!! Just like this guy because you broke the law.

Not to mention if your not allowed to go after the people you bond out of jail in FL, then why run a bailbond buisness. Its not making any money if the people run, and you cant hunt them down.

well, dont sell drugs, or kill people lol. they did the stuff to get themselves locked up. im not saying nobody white doesnt, sell drugs or havent killed people. cause we all know they have. but seriously. 60% of the prison population is black or hispanic or whatever because they got caught doing something illegal.

Walgreens in San Fransisco is no longer allowed to sell tabacco after oct 1st. But other pharmaceys are still allowed to continue selling in the same city.. Walgreens is suing.
