Forevrbumpn Posted November 2, 2008 Report Share Posted November 2, 2008 Fastest I can think of, is with my buddies dad's SL500 back in like 96 driving over the San Mateo bridge, he said 160, but I think max 140mph Fastest while I drove was a 1975 Plymouth Fury 360, engine slightly sueped up with fat tires, yet a little lower profile ---speedo said 140, but I'am thinking 120 mph less, down Hwy 101 going from Sunnyvale towards San Fransico I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy. The Big Oki Posted November 2, 2008 Report Share Posted November 2, 2008 ~205mph with my modified YAMAHA FZR1000 on two wheels (~120mph on one wheel ) ~190mph with my Mercedes S600 ~180mph with my Audi S6+ ~162mph with my Mercedes SL500 and S320 (320 CANT go faster and the 500 was limited ) Even my actual competition car goes ~150mph, THATS BASS RACING! (and a gas mileage of about 33-38mpg when going 75-80mph) Of course, all my own rides and not just for a short period (except the bike, thats too hard and dangerous). One of the rare reasons to stay in Germany "The Autobahn". Even if we have lots of limitations and the lanes are blocked by Trucks and slow people all the time Anyways, been there, done that, and as the years go by, I have less and less need for speed.
