Make Wcf Seperate From World Finals? Vote.

i personaly think that the wcf should be seperate from world finals. anyone else who thinks the same, vote. if you say no give an explanation please.

not going to happen this year. but if you guys want to change it for next year we can work that out. the reason we want to add it to WF is to show that with a little supportwe can pay the competitors back. if we do this seperate then the impact will be no where near as big on the whole dBDrag community

i know this year is out of the question. but next year. im trying to figure out a way to hype up wf next year, since i wont be attending this year. just trying to help. and or get others to help as well.

i think myself have got a little closer to a few members i wasent cool with last year. i think the sac folks as a whole are starting to figure out that we all need to stick together. i want it competing to be fun again. spl max is definitly taking all the fun out of it( for myself anyway )

I wouldn't mind making it a separate show, if we can really make it a show. There is enough talent and potential oot west to make at least one big show. There is no reason we can not do a big show like back east.

i would consider driving out to sac . southern cal is closer but if its a triple and the timing is right i'd consider going .

I personally think 2 events at the same show is not right. Why would you want other people to be able to compete at a show that they put notheing in. Sure only the people that are eligable get the money, but that takes away from the place. Someone that didnt put anything into the west coast finally shouldnt get a chance to place at the event.

My 2 cents.

But then again i am not competing since I dont have a car. Nor a car stero right now.

I'm torn on this subject. The first time I heard that their was a West Coast Finale I thought it was a great idea. I even thought it being in Reno was cool too (elevation made it more challenging). Then when I heard that dB dragracing World Finals was going have a location out West I was like "SWEET". Now that oUr competitor base has been growing it really has been some fun times going to shows.

On the flipside, to award money to just the West Coast Competitors and not the rest of the Competitors is not really kousher. I'm not gonna say no to the money that I have definately put in on but, we shall see.

Wether finals is in Sacramento, Laughlin or San Mateo won't make a difference to me.
