jonnylowkon
i figured someone would say this so ill explain my logic in asking such a question.initially i wanted to put 2 dc lvl4 xl's in my trunk off 4k rms which i knew would be alot louder than my current setup but alot more money. then this deal comes along and i like it but i dont want to be dissapointed in spending all that money and effort and getting only a small barely noticeable increase. if that was the case id just go wit the dc's so i asked the question simply to get some reassurance from some people who know more about this game than me. u can never learn if u dont first ask i dont know a whole lot about car audio yet but im learning quickly and im doing the same thing in going from maybe 800 rms to over 2000 rms .... there seems to be alot of short fused answers lately from some people i think just need to set back and relax for a while ... i say go for it ... i am Quote 250 amp mechman alt Sundown 100.4D Sundown 1500v2 now goin to the cruze Sundown ZV3 12d2 Sundown sa6.5cs X2 Kenwood X597 Trying something new 2011 Chevy Cruze X8 1500v2

raytard
Honestly, i made the jump from like 300rms to 1200rms and didnt notice a night and day difference, it was louder, but it didnt seem like 4x the power louder. but then again we went from 400rms to 100rms in my buddy's truck and it was a night and day difference. I've heard some Re's get loud and sound damn good. Of course the box was too damn big and the port was pushing the upper limit for box size, but they sounded great on 3k for the 4 15's.
