Loudcav
theres never a thing of too much air its all in the fuel Id imagine that its a bit Rich meaning you have too much fuel if its a carb you should be able to adjust a couple screws on the side of it

rusty959
Im going to have to lean toward what loudcav said... though you (ChevyBoy) said it yourself too... More air isn't ever really a problem as long as the mixture is right. It is all in how much fuel there is for the amount of air. Anyways, to help you out a little.... What 5.0 do you have? carbed or fuel injected? ChevyBoy
hey retard the computer or carb adds fuel to meet the ammount of air thats coming in its not the other way around hey retard. thats why you tune a car because sometimes the air/fuel ratio isnt the same. thats also why you get bigger fuel injectors and bigger fuel pumps.
