fail for having a mt on 500 watts.

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?

it works ;) and the look on peoples faces when i tell them its 500 RMS and a sony is almost priceless.

honestly dont try this on a 10" driver.

probably will end up buying a new one.

and if its sony, it aint 500 watts. clipping ftl

im not clipping.

and it doesnt say it puts out 500 RMS.

its rated to do 900 RMS. but we all know its not so 500 - 600 RMS sounds about right to me.

rofl at changing to a mediocre one. i stand by what i said. its a damn speaker your not playing 10hz only because its a 18 mt so get over it
