damn mane. its been said probably a dozen times already but you have top notch wood workin skillz. you handle the wood well :lol: anyways very nice so far man can't wait to see it done.

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?

Thanks again everybody! - - I know it's been a while since an update, but there was a few holidays, vacation, a little surgery, a bit of drinking, snow..... you know how it goes.

So, I finally got around to getting the port(s) ready.

First I had to cut a bunch of the face of the box out of the way and make sure the port tube would sit in there proper...

Attached the crazy port faceplate, got a nice hole cut in wit a bit of round-over action....

Gonna knock out the shorter port tomorrow, install some T nuts to get them easily removable, then it'll be about time for the wall to go to it's home.

Got the port face lined up right, flush mounted some t-nuts on the back of the front baffle, transfer drilled the second port face, and that's about it for today -
