Latest Build!..... S-10 Blazer -- Complete Apr 24 --

Recommended Posts

Had a little time to mock up the compressors today - The one in the back is toast, so they can't go in for good just yet. All the air lines and the tank are installed finally. ran it enough off of one compressor to get it off the ground a bit - it was a happy truck. :)...

What else... reinforced that trim panel the compressors are sitting on with nylon rope, glass, and chop. Pretty sturdy now. Drilled and installed grommets in the compressor feet so the wires can hide a bit.

That's about it for today.

this build is badass! that one inch pexi is dope. theres only one thing i don't like and it's the carpet color, i was just wondering what it would look like with some nice leather or black carpet.. but that's just my opinion dude, very sick build

Pics from today...... Got the sucker off the ground and turned around in the driveway..... nice to get it moved, and it's really nice to be able to back up with a walled off vehicle, and still be able to look over your shoulder and see out the back window... that was cool.

Installed a little valve for the air tank so It can be filled with a normal compressor.....Thank B-eazy for that idea... filled it to 110 psi in about 5 seconds, then turned the little compressor on to top the tank off..

Re-did the big 3 and other wiring up in the eng compartment, made some buss-bars, ran the power/grounds for the front amps. Not too much room in there when the wheels are all up in the engine.

they have about 1" of clearance in between them. The pics are a little mis-leading. They're plenty tight and won't move anyways.... Just have to be REALLY CAREFUL when disconnecting or adjusting wires....could get a little shocking  .

i love the way you did that wire, how does it work, i mean attatch to the battery, im not familiar with those stinger battery terminals

basically im looking for something very similar with a round 0 gauge input on one end and then a piece of bar for 3-4 ring terminals on each end, something similar to what you have done :)
