Enclosure design has a mislabel on it that i will get corrected and reposted correctly, uhoh_45 is doing a 3d of it as well with its correct dimensions listed. guess thats that i get for having my head in 2 places at once when writing shit. No worries, the fucker was built how it was supposed to be...

Sometimes, actually quit often now when I build a t-line, I just do the line a little shorter to raise the tuning- 40 hz would also be a really good number to mess with

Also, if someone is more in to rock, its okay to break the rules, and go with a sub with some slightly higher Qts, like up to the 0.50 area for better punch/kick

And if it was tuned at 40hz, on a 32 Fs sub, there wouldn't be any issues at all, due to the size of the vehicle, the transfer function will kick in, and drop the bass still down to the 20's

I guess I have a t-line question... Why does the width of the port vary so much? it seems to go from a "medium" width, to a "larger" then to a "smaller" and then back to around the same as it started? I realize it was said it was a taper, but isn't that usually just from one size, big or small, to the other? What is the benefit of it this way?
