Help Picking Out An Hu

what im looking for is a good hu that has

usb

front rear and subwoofer out put

high voltage preout id say at least 5 or better

needs to have PAUSE!!

5 band graphic eq or bettter

needs to have a remote

let me know... dont really have a budget, i was looking at

jvc

pionner

panasonic

kenwood

clarion

eclipes

alpine

if you have any ideas let me know

i'd do alpine, eclipse, clarion or pioneer. the only problem about pioneer is the grounding issues i've heard about.

i love alpine they work flawless wit the ipod...best company that does ...cost a little more tho

4v and above preout is enough.
