Justin Posted December 28, 2008 Author Report Share Posted December 28, 2008 think he is talking about the steel backer ring so you can bolt them in ( i have never used mine) i just use 1/4 lag bolts if sides flex you could put a piece of angle iron in the inside and bolt it to the side I didint get the steel backer. I was just going to use lag bolts like you. So I think I will be fine. As for the bracing I would run a 2x4 from side wall to the port on each side, then one from top to bottom. I don't think it's been covered but what kind of power you running ?
